The Hormel Inspired Pathways program grants two-year college degree program tuition to the dependent children of eligible Hormel Foods team members in the U.S. Students must be graduating from high school and meet the entry requirements of the Community College they wish to attend.

Inspired Pathways also provides professional college advisors to assist students interested in either 2-year or 4-year schools with college admissions advising, assistance with financial aid, applications, scholarship searches, transfers, career development opportunities and more.
